Do any of you guys use essential oils??? I've recently started using them, and I'm a fan. I'm definitely not an expert, but I'm learning and I like being able to have supplemental, all-natural options to aid in my family's health, well-being, and cleaning needs. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to highlight a few of my favorite oils and what I use them for.
So, for my first spotlight, I thought I would talk about one of my favorites: Lemon Oil. The lemon scent is enough for me to be a lemon oil lover, but there are so many additional uses! Check it out:
These oils also make great gifts! With recently having had a baby, I have a few thank you gifts to give to the people who really helped me out with my other kids during that time. So, I ordered a few bottles of lemon oil, glass spray bottles (when using citrus oils, it's important to use them in glass cups or spray bottles because the citrus can break down components in plastic-ware), and I created the above card for handy info on how to use this oil.
